Rejoice in the Lord!

Welcome to With the Fruit of Her Hands!

With the Fruit of Her Hands  is a quarterly e-zine published by me, 16 year-old HannahBeth Vincent. WFHH is a craft e-zine, for young ladies of all ages who wish to receive it. I seek to encourage and help other young ladies to use their crafting abilities for God's glory, as well as the benefit of their family, friends, and others around them, as modeled to us by the Proverbs 31 woman. The "motto" verses, of course, come from Proverbs 31, verses 13, 18-22, 24, 27, and 31

She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands....She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple....She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant....She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness....Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.

WFHH is free of charge, and you may request it either in attachment form, or in an actual e-mail, according to your preferences. If you do not have e-mail, you may request that I print and mail it, free of charge, though a small donation will be accepted if the Lord leads you to. Each issue contains patterns and/or projects and instructions for knitting, sewing, and crocheting, as well as other featured crafts, which vary from issue to issue. There is also a special section where readers may send in their pictures of finished projects to share with other readers. I gladly welcome any and all of the following submissions:

Pictures of your finished projects (if you don't have a picture, you can just tell us a little bit about it instead  )

Tips and tricks you've learned along the way!

Your favorite patterns for various items (please read the "Submissions" page before sending any of these in!!)

If you have a favorite craft besides our main three, suggest it to be used for a future feature craft, and maybe even give us a little history about how it began, who invented it, uses it, etc. Also, a pattern or project for that craft is welcome as well.

Letters are always welcome!

Poetry, quotes, and Bible verses (book excerpts as well, but please follow the copyright laws for each book) that have to do with crafting, Proverbs 31 women, or are just really good are also welcome for placement throughout the e-zine!

Third Issue will come out July 5, 2008!

If you have any questions about this e-zine, the editress, or crafting, please e-mail me at fruitofherhands@gmail.com I most certainly am NOT an expert in any of these crafts, but I'll do my best to give good advice and projects!

Thank you for visiting this website, and be sure to tell your crafting friends about the e-zine!   God Bless you!

::Please note, I do NOT agree with, nor endorse, most of the ads seen at the top of each page. I apologize for them, as well as the enormous amount of pop-ups! Sorry!
